World Bear Safaris uses a range of expedition ships that are perfect for exploring the frozen north. Ships are fully equipped to deal with the extreme conditions that you are bound to encounter when venturing through the frozen seas of the Arctic and due to their size, they provide access to some of the most pristine and untouched areas of Svalbard and the Arctic.

We use ships that are much smaller than the average traditionally used throughout this region. Capacity ranges from just 12 passengers to 126 (still very small compared to the others in the region!) and you will make excursions in even smaller zodiacs allowing you to get close to the action and involved with these incredible surroundings.
